I am no stranger to feeling stuck in this journey of life. I started my online journey back in 2009 and over the years have been fortunate enough to work with mentors such as Brendan Burchard, Tony Robbins and T Harv Eker to list a couple. In 2013 I managed to sack my own boss and quit my entire time Executive level Government Role I had worked in for nearly 17 years.
This was when I took the plunge to perform whole time on the internet. Going full-time online isn't easy. A good deal of things keep us from making the jump --things like fear and insecurity.
I decided to collect the classes I have learned along the way and to share them with other people, like you, attempting to better themselves and develop a freedom laptop lifestyle.
Therefore, here are my 7 tips for getting a thriving online business.
1. Focus on your WHY.
How large is the WHY for starting an online business. Is it to stop your job, have more time freedom to spend with friends and family or even more money to go on that luxury vacation or buy that new car. How committed are you to your objective? How important is it for youpersonally, and what are you prepared to sacrifice in order to attain it? If you end up fully focused and dedicated, motivation will soon follow.
Starting out online can be a minefield with a lot of"Shiny Objects" and strategies to earn online. Having a mentor can quickly track your results and take you be the hand and show you the way. If you concentrate on the excitement of discovery, improving, exploring and experimenting, your motivation will be fuelled. Therefore the key is to receive a Mentor, and revel in the journey not focus on the destination. Keep thinking about what you're learning along the way and developing your own mindset and abilities.
3. Get rid of negative beliefs and thoughts.
Ideas influence feelings and feelings determine the best way to see the world. You have a lot of ideas in mind, and you always have a choice of which ones to Concentrate on: those that can make you emotionally stuck (fears, doubts) or the ones who will move you closer to your goals (excitement, experimentation, trying new things and stepping out of your comfort zone)
4. Use your creativity.
Next step after getting rid of negative thoughts is to use your creativity. Picture yourself already living the life that you want, driving the car that you always wanted, residing in the home you dreamed of and travelling and enjoying that amazing vacation.
5. Get rid of distractions & accept ACTION.
Meaningless things and distractions will always be on your way, especially those simple, usual things you would rather do rather than focusing on new hard and income producing activities. Learn how to focus on what's the most important and assign the tasks which are not to a virtual helper.
6. Plan and set Goals.
Know work from home your monthly and weekly plan and establish your goals. Review how each evening went by what you heard, achieved and revise everything you could improve.
7. Protect yourself from burnout.
It's easy to burn out if you are very inspired. Watch yourself to recognize any symptoms of fatigue and take some time to rest. Your body and head remainder when you schedule relaxation and enjoyable time in your week. Diversify your tasks, keep shifting between something logical and creative, something physical and nevertheless, working alone and with a group. Switch locations to provide yourself a fresh outlook.
I hope that these hints help your manage and succeed in your online travel.
